Personal Training

With individual and small group personal training, you will benefit from personalized workouts to fit your own specific needs. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, train for a specific event, or just stay healthy, we will design a program for you.

Location for Persoan Training: Personal training sessions are held at our fitness studio in Conshohocken, PA. We are located in a suburban mainline community equidistant from Center City and the Philadelphia International airport. Our facility features ample public parking and private shower facilities for your convenience. Our instructors are also available for off-site personal training sessions.

Rates for Personal Training Sessions

$100 per hour for a personal training session at the studio.
10 sessions at the studio for $95 per hour.
20 sessions at the studio for $90 per hour.
30 sessions at the studio for $85 per hour.

There is also a one-time $100 membership fee for all personal training clients.

Private Sessions Off-site


Don't have a gym in your home, no problem. Our trainers are creative enough to use back yards, local parks, community areas or any other open space.

$100 per hour + travel time for an off-site personal training session. Please contact us for more details.

The Daily Grind Fitness Unwind™ - Stretching Sessions

It takes twice as much force to stretch a muscle as it does to strengthen it. One-on-one stretching and strengthening sessions are customized to address your body, needs, and goals. After your session, we can give you an at-home stretch program designed just for you. You can achieve maximum flexibility, strength, and posture.

Running Coaching

Good coaching can take your running to the next level. Every runner can benefit from having a coach to help them reach their goals. We coach runners of all abilities...from the beginner to the seasoned racer who wants to set a new personal record. Whether you have lost motivation, need help starting a running program, or need guidance on moving to the next level, we can help.
