What kind of results can I expect?

Who can participate?

The Daily Grind Fitness, LLC. is designed for all fitness levels. You don't have to be in shape to get started - the goal of our program is to get you in shape! You will meet individuals just like yourself: People who seek disciplined workouts and appreciate a challenge! Are you looking for a jump-start to your fitness program? Need some motivation? Could you use a little push and some friendly encouragement? Then The Daily Grind Fitness, LLC. is the perfect fit for you! The Daily Grind Fitness, LLC. strongly emphasizes accountability. Your participation will be expected and monitored which means if you don?t have a valid excuse when you miss a session or arrive late, you can expect to do some extra push-ups!

What is a daily class like?

We begin each class with a group stretch and warm-up. Each carefully planned workout will combine various cardiovascular and strength training exercises, focusing on upper body, lower body, cardio, or full body (depending on the day of the week). Every day is different, designed to sculpt various areas of the body. Each workout will end with a group cool-down and stretch at the end of the 60-minute program.

Will it be hard?

Yes, but not impossible (the hardest part is waking up and getting to class). All of our clients started out just like you. The first two to three weeks will be the toughest for your body to adjust to. Once you acclimate to the program, you'll feel sore less often.

What should I bring to boot camp?

A positive attitude, water bottle, appropriate footwear, and workout gear. You should be sure to wear sunscreen in the summer months consider wearing a hat or visor to protect yourself from the sun. Many clients prefer to wear fitness gloves during the warm weather and heavier gloves in the colder weather. We suggest dressing in layers and wearing hats and scarves in the winter months.

Can I join Boot Camp at any time?

Yes, you don't have to wait until the beginning of a new month to start. The first month will be adjusted after your 1-day trial.

Can I register for Boot Camp Classes and/or Personal Training Sessions on-line?

What if I can't perform a certain exercise?

Our instructors can modify any exercise to fit your needs.

Can I shower after a personal training session at the gym?

Yes, we have a private bathroom at our fitness studio in Conshohocken,

When will I see results?

Everyone responds differently to training; however, most clients can see & feel dramatic results by their second week.

How do I sign up?

I am overweight / I have an injury, can I participate?

We always ask that you get clearance from a doctor before beginning any fitness program. Our goal is always to help you to get in shape and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Call us to discuss.

I am not a runner, can I participate?

Yes, our program is designed on a progressive schedule to help you increase the intensity of your workouts at a level you are comfortable with. When we do run, we split our class into groups so no one is left alone and everyone is challenged.
