Meet the Dailygrind Fitness

Contact us to schedule your first session with one of our personal trainers. We’re located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and serve clients throughout the surrounding area, including Plymouth Meeting, King of Prussia, Narberth and the Main Line.

COVID-19 Safety Practices

At the Daily Grind Fitness, we take the safety and health of our members very seriously. According to CDC and local and federal government guidelines, we have implemented strict sanitation and social distancing practices. Social distancing and masking is encouraged when you’re at our studio. Your personal trainer is wearing a mask and gloves during the entire training session. All equipment and weights used for each training session are sanitized thoroughly before and after each client. Each client’s temperature and oxygen saturation level are checked upon arrival at the studio. We have also taken steps to ensure the air quality at our studio is the best it can be: window fans improve air ventilation, while heaters, humidifiers and air filters throughout the studio are used to minimize the spread of the virus.
